Infant Baptism Preparation
Please print and complete the Baptism Inquiry Form and return it to Sacred Heart. Return information is on the form. Once we receive it, a member of the Sacred Heart staff will reach out to you to address any questions or concerns, and to schedule a Baptism Gathering Session where parents discuss the responsibility involved in having a child baptized and share ideas on living out their commitment to raise their child in the Catholic faith.
After parents attend the Gathering, they may schedule their child’s Baptism during an upcoming weekend Mass by calling 641-792-2050 and speaking with Father.
